OPERATION (OR) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements :
Experience and Qualifications :-
- Male/Female aged between 25-30.
- Bachelors Degree in international business, logistics, Graduated from University is preferable.
- Experience in Freight Field. (Ocean Import – Export, Air Import – Export) at least 1-2 years.

General Description :-
- This position is responsible for talking care customers.
- The customer service will contact the customers and update the status of export shipment, and solve daily problem for customers.

Specific Accountability :-
- Follow up the shipments with our team and inform the status of cargo and also obtaining the green light from customers to proceed the shipments.
- Control and minimize the cost of the shipments and overseas invoices to be charged correctly.
- Do the report as assigned and/or requested by customers.
- Preparing and issuing the invoice (D/N)/ or (C/N) to customers/overseas.
- Backing up to handle the job on half of colleague who is on leave.
- Coordinate/support Sales and Overseas.
- Close jobs within 2 days from the date of date of opening unless there is any pending issue.
- Other job as assigned by Assistant – Manager.

Skills Required :-
- Computer skill in Word, Excel etc.
- Negotiation and problem solving Skills.
- A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge in English.
- Honest, enthusiasm and responsibility in their job.
- Ability to work under high pressure.

Overseas Executive

Requirements :
Qualifications

· Male/Female age between 23 to 30
· Bachelors Degree in International Business, Logistics, Marketing or in any field
At least 1 year experience is an advantage·
· Team working, Positive attitude, target-oriented, fast learner and willing to work hard under pressure and tight deadlines
· Good personality, Relation and Interaction
· Fluent in English and computer usage are a must

Responsibilities & Authority

· Write and reply correspondences to/from all Overseas agents.
· Check and update all quotations to Overseas agents and clients.
· Update agents info with regards to internal office & personnel changes such as office address, contact no./person, branch info, etc.
· Manage & co-ordinate Sales Lead activities between Overseas agents and Sales department.
· Smoothly Coordinate and Cooperate with Operation and other departments
· Negotiate with existing Overseas agents to develop new and potential business.
· Maintain good relationship with Routing Order and Inbound clients as well as Overseas agents / clients.
· Maintain good relationship and follow up with internal related departments and sub-contractors to make sure all R/O and Inbound shipments are smoothly handled.
· Monitor all Routing Order and inbound shipments until all PODs are issued.
· Co-ordinate & assist Accounts department to chase after payments from Overseas agents.
· Report to Overseas Manager.

Sales Executive

Requirements :
Qualifications
· Male/Female aged between 23 to 45
· Bachelors Degree in International Business, Logistics, Marketing or in any field
· Preferably with at least 1 years experience in freight forwarding field
· Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors
· Team worker, good presentation skills and good leadership skills
· Positive attitude and thinking, target-oriented, a fast learner and willing to work hard under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Good personality and good interpersonal relation
· Good in English and computer usage
· Has own vehicle with driver license
Responsibilities & Authority

· Mainly to meet the targets set by company policy
· Make phone calls, e-mails, visit clients on a daily basis according to the set minimum assigned by superiors
· Responsible for all quotations submitted to clients and updating
· Follow-up on all secured jobs until shpt safely departs BKK & inform client respectively
· Inform Sales Supervisor as soon as any problem arises
· Provide daily report to Sales Supervisor
